Returns & Refunds

All sales are final

Each piece in the shop is curated in small batches. Because of that — and to keep prices fair for everyone — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please look closely at the photos and descriptions before ordering. If you're unsure about size or fit for your kitchen, email us first at hello@kiln-ny.com — we're happy to send extra photos or measurements.

Damaged in transit

Ceramics are fragile, and Canada Post sometimes isn't gentle. If your piece arrives chipped, cracked, or broken:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging
  2. Email both to hello@kiln-ny.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number

We'll send a replacement piece (if available) or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to ship the broken piece back.

Wrong item shipped

If we sent you the wrong piece, that's on us. Email us with a photo of what arrived and we'll arrange the correct item with no extra cost.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel any time before the order ships. Once it's with Canada Post, we can't recall it.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We'll email you when it's processed.
